During the Introduction to hypnobirthing session you will learn - how hypnobirthing can help you to manage pain during labour, what the birthing hormones are and how they can help you, how you can work with your body during labour, what the 'hypno' part of hypnobirthing really means and if you have a birthing partner, how they can help you during labour and birth.
