The Flight Desk - Dedicated Desks

Our Dedicated Desk option is perfect for business owners and entrepreneurs who want a consistent and comfortable space to work. For £200 per month, you’ll have access to your own desk Monday to Friday in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

As a thank you for joining us, you’ll receive a special welcome gift – a little something to celebrate your commitment and help you settle into your new business home. You’ll also enjoy free access to all networking events run by The Phoenix HQ, along with 10% off room hire and workshops hosted by us.

But that’s not all. We’re now offering something extra special: an opportunity to become part of the wider Phoenix team. Our dedicated desk members can get involved in supporting events, contributing ideas, and helping shape the future of our space. It’s a chance to collaborate, grow your visibility, and be more than just a desk user – you’ll be part of the heartbeat of The Phoenix HQ.

Drop In / PAYG

Just need a desk for the day? Our Drop-In option is ideal for business owners and freelancers who want a change of scene without any ongoing commitment. For £10 per day, you can access our co-working space Monday to Friday, based on availability.

While this option doesn’t include member discounts, it’s a great way to experience the welcoming, supportive atmosphere of The Phoenix HQ. Enjoy a friendly face, motivation, and the buzz of being surrounded by like-minded people who truly understand the ups and downs of running your own business.
